We Represented the Developer For Their Purchase of the Land for the development of the Spa Complex
We have represented the company RiseSun Healthcare & Tourism CZ a.s., who are the investors for the construction of the spa complex. The total value of the transaction was 419 261 310 CZK.
The said land of 22 hectares is located in the recreational area near the water reservoir in Nové Mlýny, near the village of Pasohlávky in the Brno area, and was previously under ownership of the South Moravian Region.
The company RiseSun Healthcare & Tourism CZ a.s. have chosen this location primarily because of the presence of natural curative springs. The spa complex will specialize in therapy relating to physical, dermatological and neurological wellness.
The contract was signed on 22 January, 2019, and the developer has 7 years to complete the project.
