Our law firm has had several successes in representing clients in administrative justice proceedings. We provide services to municipalities, non-profit organizations and individuals.

We represent clients before regional courts and the Supreme Administrative Court, where we have succeeded several times with cassation appeals.

We have extensive experience in reviewing municipal measures of a general nature that address the regulation of traffic signs, such as pedestrian crossings, bicycle measures, and parking space regulation.

We have successfully represented clients in the following cases:

  • Lifting a ban on cyclists in the centre of Prague on Náměstí Republiky, Staroměstské náměstí or Můstek.
  • At the Supreme Administrative Court, we succeeded in reviewing the measures regarding the Karlín bike lanes for the non-profit organization AutoMat.
  • We represented the City of Prague in a cassation complaint regarding the so-called beerbikes.
