Holubová advokáti and PEOPIL Organize Personal Injury Conference in Prague
We are organizing the 5th PEOPIL Young Lawyers Group Conference. It will be held in Prague, Czech Republic, on March 22 and March 23, 2018. Young lawyers specialized in professional liability and personal injury in sports, tourism, car accidents, aviation, medical malpractice etc. from all around the world are cordially invited to come to Prague and join the event which is also supported by the Czech Bar Association.
PEOPIL stands for Pan European Organization of Personal Injury Lawyers. It is a not-for-profit organization for improving and promoting judicial cooperation and mutual knowledge of legal and judicial systems of European jurisdictions in the field of personal injury law. Holubova advokati is an independent Czech law firm, expert on travel law, medical malpractice and sports law.

"A visit to her daughter in London turned Eva's life upside down when she says she stepped into a crossing on a green light but was hit by a car. Subsequently, we assisted the client with related tax issues and contacted Auditone, a tax consultancy firm, which arranged for the filing of a tax return. Compensation for lost income is taxable, unlike most personal injury compensation.
