Tour operators - take some time to think

The whole situation regarding restrictions on traveling from the Czech Republic, and restrictions in other parts of the world is unprecedented. No law explicitly states what your responsibilities are towards clients, irrespective of whether you have sold them a tour or a single service.

Be prepared that scheduled tours or other services may not be available in the near future. In this constantly changing and legally complicated situation, it would be hasty to advise you on whether or not you have to refund your clients, or whether you will be able to “heal“ on your suppliers. We are now analysing the current situation and its impact on the rights and obligations of travel agents, and we believe that we will be able to advise you next week when we hope that the situation would have stabilized. In this sense, it is appropriate to inform your clients. Try to not increase your losses or those of your clients. It is the time act with common sense.

'No one has done as much for me as you,' Eva said. We helped our client get compensation for her damaged health after a car accident abroad.
