Klára Dvořáková authored an article titled ‘Analysis of Tourism Services according to Act No. 159/1999 Coll.’ in the Studia Turistica magazine
Klára Dvořáková, attorney and partner at Holubová advokáti – a specialist in legal services for entrepreneurs in tourism – has contributed a new professional article in the Studia Turistica magazine. The article addresses a number of questions arising from the practice while investigating what does and does not constitute the transport of customers, accommodation, rental of motor vehicles, and other services in tourism. The correct identification of services in tourism is one of the factors in determining whether or not the service is a packaged tour, or a combined travel service.
The magazine Studia Turistica is included in the list of reviewed professional and scientific journals ERIH PLUS (European Reference Index for the Humanities and the Social Sciences). The relevant issue of magazine Studia Turistica can be found here, and the said article is on page 14.
