"It has been an absolute pleasure to work with you and your colleagues. Your advice and way of handling the matter and our communication has been of the highest quality and we are very happy with the outcome.
If any of my clients need assistance in matters in the Czech Republic in the future, I know who to recommend."
"I, the undersigned Swedish citizen, have had the privilege to be a client of Holubova advokáti s.r.o., Za Poříčskou bránou 21/365, CZ-186 00 Praha 8, during 2016/17 in matters related to the distribution of the inherited estate after my deceased wife, having possessed Swedish as well as Czech citizenship.
Knowing, that the matter was enquired through legal assistance I addressed the Swedish Embassy in Prague (where I was employed during the 60-ies) asking for a recommendable domestic lawyer. I was then advised to contact the offices of Holubova advokáti, as they were known to the Embassy as having experience of working with Swedish clients and a lawyer speaking good Swedish after studies at high schools in Sweden.
Since then, Holubova advokáti has handled and concluded my affairs in a very efficient and professional way and has always been eager to find solutions to a matter, that showed to be more complicated than anticipated. They have proved to have excellent contacts with all authorities and institutions concerned and have managed all communications in Swedish, Czech and English in a commendable way. To all this comes a very friendly and welcoming atmosphere in their offices.
I am delighted to give Holubova advokáti my highest recommendation to anyone requiring legal assistance of any kind in the Czech Republic."
"Law Firm Holubová advokáti helped me and my client resolve a very complicated case of inheritance of a large estate, which the client had not been able to resolve for 20 years.
The client, from Belgium, had inherited land in the Czech Republic from his mother, who died at the same time as her husband in a car accident in Germany.
They were able to resolve the whole thing quickly and efficiently and communicated and kept us informed throughout the case."
