Do you need legal advice on travel law? Book a one-hour consultation with a lawyer from our firm. You choose a time slot and pay online in advance; the consultation then takes place in person at our office in Prague, or online - whichever suits you better.
In 1 hour, the lawyer will discuss your travel law questions with you. You can turn to us, for example, with a package tour complaint, compensation for a cancelled or delayed flight, or harm suffered while travelling. If you run a travel business, we will advise you on your contractual documentation and on the obligations of tour operators and travel agents. We will explain the options available to you, their advantages and disadvantages, and the time and costs involved, and recommend the approach best suited to your situation.
After the consultation, you will have enough information to decide whether and how to proceed. If you wish, we can follow up with further services - but the consultation does not oblige you to order anything else.
The one-hour consultation costs EUR 250 + VAT and is paid in advance when booking.
If your questions concern specific documents - such as a package travel contract, a booking confirmation, terms and conditions, or correspondence with the travel agency - please send them to us well in advance at info@holubova.cz. This will make the consultation as effective as possible.
