At the consultation, we will discuss your situation and explain how it is determined in which country the succession proceedings will take place and which law governs the inheritance. We will go through your options - including how to deal with foreign notaries, courts, and other authorities, and which documents you will need - and recommend the approach best suited to your case. You will also learn what time and costs to expect, and we will point out the deadlines to watch.
After the consultation, you will have enough information to decide whether and how to proceed. If you wish, we can continue to represent you or coordinate the next steps with foreign colleagues - but the consultation does not oblige you to order anything else.
The one-hour consultation costs EUR 250 + VAT and is paid in advance when booking.
Before the consultation, please send us at info@holubova.cz the documents you have available - in particular the death certificate, the will or other testamentary disposition, any correspondence with notaries, courts, or foreign authorities, and a brief overview of the assets concerned.
