We will outline the rules governing liability for harm, indicate the approximate level of compensation, and draw your attention to limitation periods and other deadlines relevant to the individual steps. You will also learn what time and costs to expect and how we assess your chances of success in light of the circumstances of your case and current case law.
After the consultation, you will have enough information to decide whether to pursue the matter further. If you decide to proceed, we will plan the specific next steps together - but whether you order any further services is entirely up to you.
The one-hour consultation costs EUR 250 + VAT and is paid in advance when booking.
Before the consultation, please send us at info@holubova.cz all medical records you have available, together with your correspondence with the healthcare provider. You may also bring the documents with you to an in-person consultation; sending them in advance, however, allows the lawyer to review them and makes the consultation more effective.
